Best RSI settings for XAUUSD gold trading in 2026?

Looking for optimal RSI period and overbought/oversold levels specifically for gold (XAUUSD) trading. Current setup uses 14-period with 70/30 levels. Are there better settings for gold's volatility characteristics?

For gold (XAUUSD), 9-period RSI with 80/20 levels often works better than 14/70/30. Gold is volatile — tighter levels reduce false signals. Also consider adding ATR filter.
